As a principal, you have several options for conducting interviews. Journal Prompt:

As I mentioned in the lesson, Activity Funds are one prime source for a principal to make a serious error in judgment. Read and respond to the Case Study on pp. 180-182 in your text. While most thefts of school funds are not this egregious, it happens routinely. In my experience, school club funds are a sensitive area due the involvement of parents and others not trained in school fund handling. It is important that the principal watch carefully all dealings associated with these accounts. Read carefully the Top 10 Embezzlement Preventions on page 182. Does your school require most or all of these precautions in the handling of funds?
